The time has ended when wars was in the open ground between the soldiers of two countries. Now its era of science. American company Boston Dynamics has created a robot which is can walk like humans. It has two legs and it can replace the human army.
The Robot called PETMAN is very faster than any American soldier. PETMAN can balance itself and move freely, can walk, crawl and can perform variety of activities.
This Project is funded by the US Department of Defense. The advancement
is that this Robot can also climb stairs easily, same like human beings.
In the below picture you can see PITMAN riding on treadmill. PITMAN is designed completely like a human body in size and shape.
Its said purpose is for testing chemical protection clothing worn by the robot under
realistic conditions, according to the engineering company's website.
'The robot will have the shape and size of a standard human, making it the
first anthropomorphic robot that moves dynamically like a real person,' they write.
As shown in the above picture, Robot is pushed from its side but it can balance itself.
Robot doing push ups like humans. This Robot has the ability to perform push ups and lifting its body up and down with his two arms.
